A waiting fee will be charged for a delay of more than 10 minutes of starting appointment time

Apostille Facilitation:

Includes notarization of one document if needed, review of document for accuracy, delivery and processing of document to the secretary of state, and document return.

Apostille Courier:

Delivery of document to the Los Angeles office of the California Secretary of State. Only delivery and waiting for document. Does not include any other service.

* Travel fees of $25 include the area from the 405 freeway to the East, Nordhoff to the North, Reseda Blvd. to the West, and Burbank Blvd. to the South. Travel outside of these areas may be a slightly higher fee.

** The "rush hour" fee will be charged for appointments between 7-9 AM and 4-6 PM.
